2. Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe that your removed material was not infringing, you may send us a counter-notification. It must contain the following information:
- Your Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
- Material Location: Identification of the removed material and the exact URL where it appeared before removal.
- Statement Under Perjury: A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: Your name, address, telephone number, and email. Include a statement that you consent to the court jurisdiction of your country. You must also state that you accept service of process from the original claimant.
3. Repeat Infringer Policy
We may disable or terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. This action remains at our sole discretion under appropriate circumstances.
4. Misrepresentations and Liability
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, false claims carry consequences. Any person who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be subject to liability. This applies to both original notices and counter-notifications.
